Return Policy:

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase made from us. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns:

You have 3 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused & unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Canvases/Home Decor items
  • Journals
  • Sale items
  • Handmade items

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Is my furniture going to be in perfect condition?
My answer is it will be perfectly imperfect, in the best possible way. Due to the nature of our pieces and business though, most furniture items are antique or vintage, re-purposed or re-invented and may show some signs of wear, a few nicks or chips here and there and may not be perfect. BUT... we think flaws are the character which adds uniqueness to each piece. Each piece goes through a thorough cleaning, and any repairs made to improve its functionality if needed
Antique and Vintage Mirrors typically will have age spots or ghosting spots, but clear and clean. Again, the age spots just adds character and is part of its story.

Can I get additional information on an item?
Yes, you most certainly can, and I encourage you to reach out. Ask as many questions and or request additional photos or a video if needed in order to feel totally comfortable before your purchase. If you would like additional pictures or information, Please do not hesitate to call or message us, we are very happy to provide you with them.

Do you do Custom and personalized orders?
If you have something in mind and do not see it in my shop, please feel free to reach out to me, as you never know what I might have in my inventory.

How do I care for hand painted furniture?
To protect your hand painted furniture, never use harsh chemicals. Use a microfiber cloth to dust, or a mild detergent such as dawn dish soap and water.

How does Shipping work?
If an item is marked shipping included on furniture it *excludes Alaska and Hawaii. 
**NYC, Nantucket, Marthas Vineyard and difficult to reach locations could have an additional fee, please reach out to discuss before purchasing.

Austin, TX Local Delivery available for a fee

Your item will be delivered to driveway or garage, First DRY area. White glove shipping will be carried inside to first floor and may require assistance. They will not carry or navigate any stairs to a second or third floor. unless pre-arranged.

Smaller items will be boxed and sent via USPS, FED X or UPS.
Most deliveries will require an adult to be present at time of delivery.
