1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Restyled Lemons as your virtual assistant or shopping service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Restyled Lemons will provide virtual assistant services, a shopping experience, furniture painting and classes as outlined in the agreed-upon scope of work.

3. Confidentiality

Restyled Lemons agrees to keep all client information confidential.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be outlined in a separate agreement.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Restyled Lemons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the performance or non-performance of this agreement.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, USA.
